Piazza was abandoned and left alone, but with the strike of luck, he was rescued and brought to Best Friends animal sanctuary. Doctors then noticed that he was suffering from severe mouth ulcers and the only relief this cat can do is to stick out his tongue. The condition made it difficult for Piazza to eat and get the nourishment he needs. Doctors then treated Piazza and several months later, Piazza recovered and was able to meet a family who adopted him and gave him his new forever home!
