I don’t know about your cats, but mine only come see me twice a day – breakfast and dinner. Otherwise, they do not feel the need to grace me with their presence. In fact, if it weren’t for the cat paraphernalia scattered about the house, guests would never suspect that we even had cats.
They just don’t care about attention all that much – I guess I own a couple of Garfield cats.
However, there are some cats that do not seem to be happy unless they are in a lap, being petted, or even just talked to so they know that you know they are there. These are the “Nermals” if you will. (For those of you who don’t remember, Nermal was the “annoyingly cute” cat that everybody gave attention and was super sweet – Garfield was constantly trying to get rid of him by mailing him of to Abu Dhabi).
Well this black and white Tuxedo kitty is definitely a “Nermal.” And he doesn’t just sit there and wait for you to notice him.
He makes sure you know he’s there in the cutest, politest way possible.
Excuse me, sir but you have failed to pet me…
